Shipping policy

We offer shipping only in US & Canada.

Standard free shipping within Canada and to the US. 

• Free standard shipping in Canada, 4 - 5 business days to most locations
• Free standard shipping to the US, 5-10 business days to most locations

Estimated delivery times are 4-18 business days to most locations.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a parcel card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging redelivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If your package is delivered by the courier with proof of delivery and you did not receive your package, then you must file a complaint with your local courier.
